How Does It Work?
The Below the Line Executive Leadership Retreat brings together a group of 10-15 business owners, CEOs, senior leaders and managers for 2.5 days off the treadmill of business and life to create space and time for participants to reflect, connect, discover and bring the best of themselves to the areas in which they lead in their lives. Through a combination of facilitated discussion, exercises and time in the landscape participants are engaged in a process that places an emphasis on reflection, vulnerability and honesty allowing participants to get clarity on whatever it is that has drawn them to this opportunity and this space.
