Working with teams in all kinds of industries and businesses is something we love to do. In our experience working with teams involves creating space for real, authentic and challenging engagement. In order to get teams working from the core of the humanity and leading with their hearts space must be created for people to find out who is really in the room and how up for the challenge they all are of taking themselves and their business to the next level.

Working with teams involves a number of steps and can be tailored to address the identified need to include:

Meeting you to identify the key areas you wish to address within your team

Meeting the team – as a group and on a 1 to 1 basis

Team work out: 1 – 3 day long sessions

Follow up session/debrief
