What is the mental fitness & resilience programme?
Mental fitness & resilience is an ongoing journey. Like physical health, building strong levels of mental fitness and resilience is not something that happens a few times of year – it’s a state of being. It’s a daily lifetime journey that lays the foundations for high performance, fulfilment and happiness in our professional and personal lives
Drawing on 10 years of extreme global endurance adventuring, 25 years of domestic and international corporate experience, over 10 years working with elite athlete’s for Olympic Games, Heineken Cups & World Championships as well as decades of international research on human performance, the mental health & resilience programme takes participants through a structured process to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being, strengthen resilience levels and improve their professional performance.
