Paul Gleeson 

As a performance coach, facilitator and keynote speaker, Paul has worked with various organisations in the private sector in Ireland and overseas as well as different public sector organisations.

When it comes to his own professional and personal performance, Paul hasn’t held back. He has rowed across the Irish Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, cycled across Australia and has also rowed 1,900km through the North West Passage in the Canadian Arctic. Author of the book “Crossing the Swell”, Paul was honoured by his hometown as Limerick Person of the Year in 2006.

His corporate experience, training as a professional coach, study of psychology, along with his adventure expeditions have given Paul a deep insight into the performance potential of human beings and behavioural change possibilities.

Paul is also qualified and licenced to use strengths assessment 360 psychometrics (Strengthscope) and emotional intelligence 360 (EQ-i2.0) assessments.
