1. Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of Belowtheline.ie govern your use of our website (the “website”) and your relationship with Belowtheline.ie (“we”,”us” or Belowtheline.ie). By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register as a member, use the website, purchase a subscription or purchase entry to an event.

We are Below the Line Training and Development Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Ireland. Our website Belowtheline.ie provides online Training and Development through a monthly or annual Subscription.

3. Information required for Registration

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide effective training and educational programmes to our clients

  • To inform our clients of any news, events, opportunities or developments at Below the Line Training and Development Limited.

When you register as a member, we will ask you to provide certain personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, and, your payment details. Any information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement available on the website.

4. Fees and Cancellation

Once you choose/ subscribe to a specific tier/plan, the fees payable for your subscription are clearly displayed on the website. Your subscription will involve an automatic deduction. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel it. If you wish to cancel or end your contract with us, please let us know by emailing us at hello@belowtheline.ie. Please provide full details of your account and reason to cancel. If you cancel after paying for a month, your subscription will be cancelled the following month and no payment will be taken. In the case of an annual subscription, you must provide three months’ notice before cancelling and the balance pro rata will be refunded to your card.

Belowtheline.ie (nor any of its’ employees, agents or representatives) is not engaged in providing medical advice nor are they qualified to do so. The information and reference guides provided by Belowtheline.ie are intended solely for the general information of the subscriber/member.
