Founded in 2015, Below the Line is a collective of people from a range of professional backgrounds.

Our backgrounds extend across industries and sectors including banking, finance, insurance, utilities, broadcasting and pharmacy as well as the worlds of health and wellness, elite sport, adventuring and endurance.

David Duggan

David has worked in Broadcasting, Local Area Development and, for the last 10 years, in the world of Training and Development.

Experienced in Business Development and Client Management, David is the Managing Director of Below the Line and first point of contact for people interacting with Below the Line, and ensures their requirements are met to the highest standards.

Dave Gribben

Dave has spent 27 years building, managing and leading major businesses in financial services.

As well as reorganising and streamlining the structures of businesses, he also works with individuals to help them bring their leadership to new heights.

Eva Nash

Eva spent 20 years in the advertising industry managing client accounts, growing client relationships and delivering campaigns on brief, on time and on budget, leading project and department teams across client leadership, operations and project management. Eva is now a business coach working with teams and leaders, helping them navigate the practical day-to-day implementation of leadership and business growth.

Paul Gleeson

Paul has spent 20 years exploring the limits of human performance in many different ways.

He brings a combination of academic qualifications and rich life experience to the work he does with his clients. Paul has an in-depth understanding and passion for the role that mental fitness, deliberate intention and energy management play in optimal performance – on both a personal and professional level

Peter Mohan

Originally training as an Engineer, Peter has extensive knowledge and experience of working with senior leaders across a range of industries and settings.

The core driver behind Peter’s work is releasing potential for people to thrive.

Ian Kingston

Having held senior management positions in banking and insurance, Ian set up his own business in 1995.

Ian’s approach to one to one coaching is to provide medium to long term support which maximises an individual executive’s potential to enhance his/her performance.

Zanya Dahl

After graduating from Trinity in 1997 with an Arts Degree, she completed a post-grad course in multimedia in Senior College Dun Laoghaire. This enabled her to enter the workforce as a graphic designer.

Five years later, she founded her design agency, Artizan, which she ran for 16 years. In 2019, she made the decision to close the agency and follow her heart back to painting. Zanya combines her work as a painter with delivery of creativity workshops for the purposes of enabling change and innovation in organisations.

Elaine Russell

Elaine is a highly experienced Executive Coach who has held senior roles in the corporatesector ranging from consumer finance, financial reporting to customer strategy andmanaging director of Tesco Mobile. Elaine combines this senior leadership experience withan intuitive coaching style that aims to help senior leaders navigate the tension between executing on strategy and managing people.

Dr. Senem Donatan Mohan

Senem is a storyteller, scientist and consultant. She is passionate about enabling people to develop their own authentic ways of communication. She gets her inspiration from Nature and uses holistic approaches in her work.

We are at our best and most impactful when we are igniting and unlocking the human potential in a business to enable high performance results and outcomes.

With a combined 50+ years of experience we work with senior leaders and teams in a range of settings and industries including Banking, Technology, Utilities, Hospitality and Retail. Alongside our work with businesses we have extensive experience of working in the world of elite sport having had the great privilege to coach and mentor Olympic Medallists, World Champions, Multiple European Champions, Heineken Cup Champions and All-Ireland Winners.
