What to expect

Less a talk. More a work-out.

We'll share what we've learned helping teams turn how they operate into a real advantage. Expect straight talk, practical tools, and a good room of people to think alongside.

01

Hands-on, not slide-heavy

Two working hours built around what high-performing teams actually do differently, with tools you can use with your own team the following week.

02

Real data, real rigour

A first look at Meta Team, a Behavioural Operating System for Team Performance, built for movement and improvement rather than labels.

03

A good room

A small group of HR, people and business leaders who care about how their teams perform. Engaging, a bit different and genuinely useful.
